ORDERING POLICY: A 50% deposit is
required on all orders over $200.00 before work will start.
Orders under $200.00 must be paid in full
at time of order. Balance must be paid in full before clothing is shipped.
Please plan on ordering at least 4 weeks in advance. Please measure carefully
when ordering
as the clothing will be made to your specific
measurements. Pageantbaby Designs is not responsible for improper fit due
to incorrect measurements. I prefer to do at least one fitting of your
shell before
it is decorated to make any adjustments at
that time. Please make sure to allow time for this when ordering.
If you do not wish to do a fitting before
the decorations are completed, then any alterations required after completion
will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refunds.
You will need to fill out the Measurement
Form and the Design Contract
and return both
with your deposit. Your deposit must be received
before I can place you on my calendar.

ABOUT PAGEANTBABY DESIGNS- I only
take a limited number of orders per month to assure you quality service
and on time delivery. It is best to make your bookings are far in advance
as possible.
Please understand, I do not make copies of
clothing I have already made so that
you get a true custom design that is made
to complement your child's own individuality.
I use the best quality fabrics and trims
available. All dress bodices are
made of superstretch Lycra unless otherwise
requested. My bodices are fully lined. My pageant skirts are
made with layers of chiffon of rows of ruffles
or sparkle organza or your skirt can be made of all organza.
I also offer skirt overlays in lace, tulle
and organza. I can match any color you want as long
as you send me a sample of it. It is hard
to do a perfect color match from a photo so I can not guarantee a match
if you only provide a photo. In order for me to discuss your design in
detail or begin your child's color selection you will need to hold a spot
on the calender with a deposit.
