 *Orders under $200.00 must be paid in full at time of order. On orders over $200.00 a 50% deposit is required.

I agree that this is a binding contract between Pageantbaby Designs and myself that commits me to their services. 
I agree that I have sent a $___________ deposit for custom clothing services. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable. 
I understand that my balance will be due when services are completed. I also acknowledge that if my account is not paid in full 
by the time services are completed, I will not receive my item(s). I will have 30 days after completion of services to pay in full 
or risk losing all monies I have sent and my item(s) may be sold and all proceeds will go to Pageantbaby Designs. 
I agree that I am responsible for taking all measurements and understand the item will be made according to my measurements. 
Pageantbaby Designs is not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect measurements. I prefer to do at least one fitting of your shell 
before it is decorated to make any adjustments at that time. Please make sure to allow time for this when ordering. If you do not wish 
to do a fitting before the decorations are completed, then any alterations required after completion will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
